Leveraging Ecosystems for Accelerated Demand (LEAD) helps companies identify and foster optimal business relationships through leadership momentum

Phillips & Company developed LEAD (Leveraging Ecosystems for Accelerated Demand) based on years of client experience and other proprietary marketing tools used by the company. The model will enable clients to sustain relationships with all critical constituencies – customers, channel partners, technology partners, employees and investors. The solution helps organizations identify the optimal ecosystem for accelerated growth with a strategy on how to build it and sustain it.

The solution includes Accelerated Revenue Modeling (ARM) showing potential revenue flows from ecosystem partners as well as a prescriptive plan including business development strategies, public relations strategies and channel marketing programs aimed at growing the ideal ecosystem.
